Sam Terry, PE
Sam Terry, P.E., brings more than 30 years of experience in the design, planning, value engineering, modeling, documenting, operating, testing, and trouble-shooting electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems. He specializes in large pump stations, wastewater / water treatment plants, cogeneration and other power plants.

The Hammon Senior Center Parking Lot Extension

CCE was recently awarded The Hammon Senior Center Parking Lot Extension Project. This project will add an extension to the existing parking area, including sidewalks, storm drains, and additional lighting.
Wallace Weir Fish Barrier Project
Reclamation District No. 108
CCE, as a subconsultant, provided electrical engineering, CAD design, and construction support. Electrically, the project included a new electrical service, distribution equipment, manual transfer switch, generator receptacle/plug, and PLC based control system with RTU/SCADA/communication capabilities.
Cayucos Sustainable Water Project

CCE is currently providing computer-aided drafting and design.
Munitions Facilities Lightning Protection System
Vandenberg Air Force Base
Munitions Facilities 1533, 1544, 1545, and 1546 were constructed in the 1960s. CCE upgraded the existing lightning protection and surge suppression systems to meet applicable safety codes according to design and specifications.

Assist Project Scheduler using knowledge of Primavera P-6. Efficiently use government management software RMS 3.0. Prepare and review submittals. Monitor progress of construction activities. Control corrective actions. Resolve quality nonconformance. Prepare cost estimates and budgets. Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists. Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities. Monitor projects and report progress and budget matters to the construction firm and clients. Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project. Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such as building and safety codes. Work with RMS 3.0, Primavera P-6, and Microsoft Office 365. $77,605/yr., 40 hrs./wk., 8a-5p, M-F. Worksite: Sacramento, CA. Up to 15% domestic travel based on project needs required.
